After a successful first year of using Lineup Ninja to manage the content across all of their event portfolios, ROAR B2B have renewed their contract with Lineup Ninja.
ROAR B2B manage three portfolios of events in the Care / Health, Business Technology and Environmental sectors.
The key benefits of using a content management platform have been to streamline and standardise their processes, and to centralise all of their agenda data.
This has saved ROAR B2B time, helped to keep their data organised, and made it easier for speakers to interact with their events.
Group Event Director, David Juniper said:
“Having Lineup Ninja has streamlined our content collecting across all of our events; it has not just made it easier for us but also for our speakers, who are able to use the portal to upload and amend their sessions throughout the content collection process.
Having our speaker and agenda information in one place with the ability to push out changes to the website, apps and digital signage in real-time means we are more in control of when, where and what we would like to display.”
ROAR B2B have continued to seek ways to further improve their speaker’s experience, and with good reason. Their Care / Health portfolio includes Naidex: the National Accessibility, Inclusion and Disability Expo . Many of Naidex’s speakers and visitors have additional accessibility needs, so ROAR B2B have encouraged Lineup Ninja to enhance the accessibility aspects of the platform.
To this end, ROAR B2B have brokered a partnership between Lineup Ninja and accessibility consultants, Purple Tuesday , to advise on how the platform can be further improved.

At the time of writing, Lineup Ninja have commissioned Purple Tuesday to perform an audit of their platform. This will generate a list of recommendations, which in turn will lead to an implementation plan which will be rolled out over the coming months.
Lineup Ninja co-founder, Joe Atkinson said:
“We’re thrilled that ROAR B2B have renewed with us. They’re a great team who really like to probe the limits of what Lineup Ninja can do. They challenged us to develop our digital signage capability in the first year of our partnership, and are pushing us to enhance the accessibility of our platform this year.
This is particularly important for their show Naidex, but obviously helps us to up our game for everyone. We’ve always tried to consider the accessibility of the platform, but as a small team we have to balance priorities and make difficult choices about where we focus development effort. Consequently, we’ve always known we could do a bit more. Having a client asking us to improve this aspect of the product helps to push it up our agenda, and ultimately do the right thing by all of our users.
We’re looking forward to hearing Purple Tuesday’s recommendations, building them into our offering, and more fundamentally, ensuring that all users can use our technology, irrespective of ability.”
